Microgreen Smoothie

Add microgreens to your favourite smoothie for extra nutritional benefits. 

Extra vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and a burst of flavour in one handful.

Base fruit: Banana or Berries

Liquid : Your choice of chilled milk (cows, almond, oat etc)

Whey Protein: Optional

Ice cubes.

Place it all in the blender and add your chosen microgreen

Sunflower or Broccoli for a mild green addition

Radish for a spicy hit

Peas or Sweetcorn to keep your smoothie sweet.
